MEET DAN

As the owner of Keevil Contracting, Daniel is a second-generation builder in Huntsville. He studied efficient building design while pursuing his environmental science degree. He worked as an energy auditor for residential and commercial buildings, helping people make their spaces more energy-efficient. Then, in 2013, he established the construction company Keevil Contracting Inc. He is the proud father of three boys who have watched Huntsville, ON, develop. With his degree in Environmental Science, he deeply understands the principles and techniques necessary for building energy-efficient homes and cottages.

Daniel ensures that Keevil Contracting delivers high-quality, energy-efficient residential and cottage projects that meet the growing demand for sustainable living. Every project's dedication to sustainability focuses on innovative designs and eco-friendly materials that contribute positively to the environment. Through his leadership, Keevil Contracting continues to set a standard for excellence in the construction industry.

MEET DANA

As the lead architect at Keevil Contracting, Dana has over 10 years of experience designing homes in Muskoka, with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Being a mother of three boys has increased my understanding of creating functional and inviting spaces. Dana focuses on detail and sustainability to meet client needs and benefit the environment.

When starting a design project, whether it’s a striking modern lakeside home or a charming cozy cabin, Dana aims to thoughtfully capture the unique spirit of Muskoka living. She expertly balances aesthetics with practicality, creating homes that seamlessly blend with the surrounding landscape while offering all the modern comforts that families desire. Her collaborative, team-oriented approach involves engaging the clients throughout the entire design process, leading to innovative and personalized designs that beautifully connect Muskoka’s stunning natural beauty with the conveniences of modern living.

MEET NATHAN

Nathan's youthful knowledge and fresh perspective bring many vibrant design ideas to Keevil Contracting. He has honed his skills as a talented designer over the past 1.5 years and possesses 5 years of valuable experience with Keevil Contracting. Nathan began his journey with us as a dedicated co-op student and labourer, demonstrating a strong work ethic before going to college to be the role of our Junior Architect.

Nathan is consistently up-to-date with the latest building codes and design practices. He has extensive knowledge and skills in creating detailed building plans and managing projects for various clients.

Nathan is a registered designer with a BCIN, enabling him to provide design services for custom homes, modern and conventional construction, office buildings, multiple-occupancy buildings, and other structures.
